This website describes the Early Years Partnership in Northeast Saskatchewan, which is the area in and around Melfort. It is an outgrowth of the North East Understanding the Early Years project, funded from 2005 to 2008 by Human Resources and Social Development Canada. The site aims to :
- Build knowledge of the importance of a child’s first five years of life
- Engage the people in northeastern Saskatchewan in the discussion of the family and community factors influencing the development of our children
- Inspire, support and guide our community actions
