kidSKAN's Mandate and Terms of Reference for the Steering Committee, as of October 2009. In June of 2010 we dissolved the Steering Committee and moved to a "Grant Oversight Committee" structure which proved more workable for us. We have left this charter posted as a historical document, capturing some of our work in 2009.
